Our return and exchange policy applies only if the books are damaged or if incorrect books are delivered. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. If 72 hours have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
